Booking courses with Ian Moutter Fishings is easy, after over 10 years of organising courses we hope to have made it straightforward. You can book courses online, where there are options to pay by credit/debit card, Paypal or cheque. Information, Terms, Conditions

- Before you finalise a booking please ensure that you are happy with your arrangements and that we have explained clearly what you should expect in terms of fishing, accommodation and catering, if included.

- You are prepared to accept the rules regarding beat rotation, fishing times and any local restrictions or bye-laws and fishing etiquette.

- Be aware that whilst we do our best to ensure that catches are in line with our previous experience, obviously there is no guarantees given for the fishings or the results of unfavourable weather

- Please ensure we are informed if you consider yourself not fully fit, this will allow us to recommend whether a particular fishing is suitable and, where possible, tailor the fishings to suit your particular position.

- When you have confirmed what course or event you wish to attend, complete any form and payment requirements. Attendance will be confirmed on receipt of payment. No places are confirmed without completion of requirements.

- If a deposit is paid, the balance must be paid by the due date (provided when booking). Initial deposit confirms until balance sum is due.

- Ensure you have adequete holiday, travel and medical insurance (if necessary)

Cancellation and Refund

If, for whatever reason, you cancel your booking the following will apply:-

• Deposits paid will not be refunded
• Balances will be refunded subject to the following:-
• Cancellation 12 weeks before event - full balance less £65.00 administration fee
• Cancellation after 12 weeks before event - no refund -although we will attempt to relet your place/places. If we succeed in reletting, a £50.00 administration fee will be deducted from any refund.
• Please note in the event of illness or any other unseen reason that results in you not being able to attend - We strongly recommend you ensure your holiday insurance is in place.

Force Majeure

All the information and opinions given by Ian Moutter Fishings are given in good faith and based on the latest information available to us. In exceptional circumstances, outside our control such as, but not limited to, circumstances amounting to force majeure such as war, terrorism, threat of war, political unrest, riot, labour disputes, adverse weather conditions and acts of God, Ian Moutter Fishings cannot be held responsible for any limitation or withdrawal of the fishings or services.

Final Bit

Finally, those attending events organised by Ian Moutter Fishings will need to confirm that they are happy to be bound by the terms of the event and agree to fully accept the risks associated with being in a fishing situation.
